We want you to get the most from your Champion Access Internet connections, and our free Help Desk stands-by to answer your Internet related questions, plus after hours support is available by email or you can leave a message on our frequently checked after-hours voice mail (860) 888-8079.

The Champion Access Help Desk is open 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday, and 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturdays.

Software that is provided or purchased through Champion Access Internet
is not supported at this time. Please refer to the User's Manual. The only software that is support by Champion Access Internet is our Community portal, Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, Eudora, Outlook, Outlook Express.
